Show a loop or sequence the team must learn in order.

When to use
Use for a human process with a clear order. Do not use for system request paths (use sequence/fan-out). Do not use for a roadmap of dates (use timeline).
Guidelines
Four steps is the default. Names are verbs. Title says which loop matters.

Rules
- Three to six steps. If you need more, split slides.
- Step labels are verbs or verb phrases.
- Title states which process to train or run, not “Process.”
User recipe
Pick family: Consulting exhibit first.
Insert objects:
- Text: title stating which process matters, kicker, source line
- Text: numbered step boxes (3–6 steps)
Assemble:
- Each step is a verb or verb phrase
- Steps in sequence order
- Four steps is the default
Anti-patterns
- Swimlanes pretending to be a simple process (use swimlane).
- Chevrons with no words.
